Q: How do I change or reset my password?
A: Change your password using "My Settings" Sign in to Workspace. Click on the "My Settings" link in the upper right corner of the page. Then click "Change" next to the password field.

A: Change your email address using "My Settings" Sign in to Workspace. Click on the "My Settings" link in the upper right corner of the page. Then click "Change" next to the email address field.
Q: How do I change my name on my profile?
A: To change your name on Workspace, click the "My Settings" link in the upper right corner of the page. In the box next to "Name" you can enter your new name.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: If you forget your password you can reset it anywhere you would sign in. Just click the "Forgot your password?" link. You'll receive an email in a few minutes containing a link that will allow you to reset your password.
Q: How do I manage Workspace email notifications?
A: To manage your email notifications for Workspace, clicking on the "My Settings" link in the top right corner of the page. Then click on "Email" in the left column - Choose which types of notifications you would like to receive.
Q: What can a friend do that other members in your network cannot do?
A: Your friends can send you private messages through Workspace. Besides your friends, this is something only the Administrators can do.
You can also set your videos, photos, blog posts—to be viewable by "Just My Friends" rather than by the Workspace Community at large.
Q: Can I set my timezone so that times are displayed in my local time zone?
A: At this time WorkSpace supports only a single timezone, so all times are displayed in Pacific Standard Time. We are working with the developer to enable users to be able to set their own timezone.
Q: How can I select privacy settings for my photos & videos?
A: You can decide who is able to view your photos on Workspace. When you upload a photo, you can choose whether the photo is viewable to "Anyone," "Just My Friends" or "Just Me." If you want to change the privacy setting on a specific photo, sign into the network and go to the photo detail page. Click the "Edit Photo" link underneath the photo.
When you upload a video, you'll see the same option for privacy settings as described above for photos.
Q: How do you become a Featured Member on Workspace?
A: Featured Members are selected by the Workspace Team.
